Mulberry silk fabric
A single silk filament is composed of two threads of fibronin(silk protein) surrounded by a coating of sericin(silk protein)surrounded by a coating of sericin(silk glue). Consisting of 18 amino acids, silk filament is a porous fiber that enables the silk to be soft, lustrous, and absorbent. In China, silk is regarded as the Queen of Fibers.

Fabric and size
Fabrics can be customised according to your needs, available silk fabrics are as follows:
Dimension: Mainly can customize square scarf and long scarf, you can also make irregular scarves, such as triangle scarves,diamond-shaped scarves
Thickness
Momme is a unit of silk thickness, the larger the momme the thicker the silk fabric. The momme of silk is the weight of the fabric, generally speaking, the larger the weight, the more silk raw materials are used, and the higher the cost.
Digital printing is categorized into single-side printing and double-side printing, For thin fabrics(under 12 months) single-side printing is enough, because of the thinness so the front and back of the scarf will have a color penetration. Silk fabrics over 12mm,e.g.14mm silk satin,14mm silk twill, double side printing is optional.
There are two main ways to roll the edges of a scarf, one is machine-rolled and the other is hand-rolled.
The advantage of machine hemming is that the edges of the scarf are very neat and it takes a short time.
Hand rolling has the advantage of being more delicate, made by hand, stitch by stitch.

A: We offer a customized service, if you have your design or artwork, plz send it to us, and we can help you print them on the scarves, if you do not have your design, you can choose one of the designs we have. Also, you can choose solid color fabric.
How do I send my design files?
You can send it to me through a website called transfer, the pattern format can be: TIFF, JPG, PDF, and PSD, the resolution needs to be more than 150 DPI to have clear printing results.
Q3: How can I get the price?
A: The scarf price depends on silk fabric, size, printing, hemming ways, and quantity. Plz tell us your specific requirements, and then we will give you a quotation.
Q4: Can we make our own label or logo tag?
A: Yes, you can send it to us or send us the artwork, and we can produce it for you.
