Our most popular scarf fabrics are 12 mm silk satin and twill, 14 mm twill, and 16 mm satin, and there are other fabrics for you to choose from, such as silk GGT, silk chiffon, silk habotai, silk CDC, etc. Please tell us which fabric you want to select:

Do you have your design and pattern?
Yes:
Please feel free to send your designs to us, all of your designs' copyrights will be protected in Zhigeng Silk,
meanwhile, we can help check if the designs are workable for printing and production,
if any un-workable sizes, we will try to fix them for you, also we will let you know if we make any adjust to your designs,
Don't worry; we will contact you should we have any queries regarding your order.
Hemming Advice:
Pls make sure your design fits into the printable width of the fabric you have chosen, If you don't add any extra borders for the hemming making, your artwork will be cut off, here we have some advice for the hand-rolling borders:

Low MOQ for customized scarves
The MOQ for different sizes of scarves is different. For large-size scarves such as 90x90cm, 110x110cm, 135x135cm, the general MOQ is 20 pieces per design, and the MOQ for small-size scarves is generally 50 pieces per design, such as 55x55cm, 65x65cm. If you are just starting your silk scarf business, the quantity can be negotiated. If you have any needs, you can send an inquiry to contact us.

When the sample is confirmed, we will arrange the bulk production, we will update the weight and the size of the carton for you, you can arrange the delivery by yourself, or we can send it to you by our corporate express (they may offer 40% discount for us ) like TNT, FEDEX, and we will charge you of the express cost.

AS: Generally, digital printing will take about 7-10 days for screen printing at least 15 days.
